Mustard powder mask?

Post  FATE on Mon Oct 03, 2011 9:31 pm

I brought into the matthew gardsons method yesterday and he states that useing a mustard mask over the the scalp helps in increase the growth of hair ,restoring and fortification of hair...
I am going to follow the regiem but just wondering,

Has anyone used mustard powder before?
Results over time?

I am currently in north india,and alot of people use mustard _oil_ here, both genders. This morning I bought a bottle
to try it, and it feels pretty good in the scalp and makes the hair soft and full.

To what extent mustard has some medicinal properties I dont know.

I have only little infomation on why mustard/mustard plaster mask may be benificial...

* Increases blood circulation
* Contains lots of vitamins and minerals
* Inhibits TGF-BETA as mustard contains turmeric/curcumin, curcumin is supposably the best-studied and most potent TGF- inhibitor

I tried just a mustard and water scalp mask last night and wow... you can definatly feel its doing something!

Mabey a paste made from black pepper, mustard powder, tumeric and curcumin would be good?
