Coffee, Calcium Loss and Hairloss

On the absorption of calcium and coffee (without sugar and milk), is this true ? I just got the doctor and he recommended me to stop drinking coffee because it is bad to the bone

Anyone noticed a change in hair while drinking coffee?

I've cut out coffee as part of my dental regeneration approach since it's linked to calcium depletion.

And yes, I have noticed that when I drank more coffee, my hair got thinner.
