This topic comes up a lot, however it is something many overlook and it will help correct enzyme deficiencies and open up new channels, plus enhance supplementation since it has less oxidative stress to combat.
Usually something like ZeoForce or Immune Boost 77
A good 6-months (with occasional breaks) if detox is too heavy early on can provide more value and results long term.
Also J987 pointed out about a decent Omega-3 that can help deal with PGD2.
I find that if people still hit a wall despite a broad approach, then (unless there are some deficiencies not addressed), there can be a digestive or allergy problem.
Thanks CS, ordering some ZeoForce as we speak. Is it best to take with or without food and what part of the day?
I stopped taking Krill Oil because I felt it was doing more damage than good.
I think digestive might be an issue for me, but have taken Culturelle in the past which seemed to help, so will get some more.
I wanted to ask about allergies.. I take an allergy pill daily (Reactine). If I don't I was get intense itching all throughout my entire body, with my scalp being the worst. What are your thoughts on that?

helpmyhair1 - Ideally on an empty stomach before bed.
Regarding the allergic medication. There's problem a mineral deficiency (probably zinc) involved or a stomach acid problem.

Would start small, such larger doses are not necessary.
