Do you really need to make a new topic every time you go to post pics?

^ This. I think you have enough threads already. The point of your own thread or journal is to update that particular thread, not start a new thread every time.
Like 987 says, this is diffuse thinning in the beginning stages. If you take steps to fix now, you will be able to arrest and possibly reverse it. Later, it keeps getting progressively more difficult to regain lost ground.
Good luck.

At least that's new information. Then most likely you both have an odd genetic disorder or are being poisoned (in which case others in the household probably would be having some sort of symptoms). The answer is connected to what I said a few months ago, go a doctor!

Is there a chance you or your brother have been exposed to mold? If yes, search for rdkml's info on the topis, they are very helpful. Be a sleuth, and try to see if you can detect a common factor for both of you. If one is alone, there could be scores of possible factors. In your case, it would be easier to zero in, since you have to put the same question for your brother and see if both your answers match.
It is worth a try, there could be many reasons, some as obvious as dandruff, or h pylori, to name two more other than mold.
Edit- See IH's regimen page, if you haven't yet. If you cannot order, see the ingredients list (usually in Nidhogge's posts) and read up on each one.
