Best Way To Make Scalp Loose?

Post  hairisthickening on Fri Apr 26, 2013 4:19 am

Hmm....I am wondering. Would it make sense to experiment with a ball or something. Sometimes I wonder what the best method is? I am at the point where I really think you need to work the entire head. If we had a ball with skin on it we could do some experiments lol. Maybe a bad idea?

Also in the back of my mind I always wonder could there be side effects from massaging your scalp too much and too intense? Just seems like with all of the veins, arteries etc we could mess something up? But maybe not....I am always paranoid, lol. One thing is for sure my hair has thickened since starting these manuals and brushing. I might have some regrowth too but it's too early to tell. One of my other concerns are creating wrinkles on my forehead that go vertical from pinching my temple area.

But anyways do you guys think we should look at this in a logical manner and discuss the best way to loosen a scalp? My thinking is to "pinch or bunch up" the scalp in as many spots as possible.

Same here.

There are also botox like topical creams that paralyze the muscles

If we had a ball with skin on it we could do some experiments lol

surgeons fit a balloon under the scalps of some burns victims and inflate it. skin starts growing so it can accommodate the size of the balloon.

"When skin is stretched beyond its physiological limit, mechanotransduction pathways are activated. This leads to cell growth as well as to the formation of new cells. In some cases, this may be accomplished by the implantation of inflatable balloons under the skin"

So, on that merit, manual scalp stretches may also cause new cells to grow.

i've been doing this for the past almost 2 months now:

http://www.shapeyourface.com/exercise_five.htm

I know for a fact it has made my scalp looser. I remember I touched my scalp when i first started it and it would barely move at all. Now, it moves maybe an inch or less in different directions.

When i do this exercise, i feel my scalp getting tight when i hold the muscle strain, so its pulling my scalp backwards and makes it tight.

i also do this guys other exercises. ive been trying to also manually moving my scalp with my hands,

well, it may be that the scalp is slightly tighter due to an insufficient number of cells. if the balloon stretching causes skin to stretch to the point where it needs to produce new cells, then manual scalp stretches must also produce the same effect, albeit more gradually.

Can anyone suggest some good methods for loosening the scalp other than 'bunching it up' by pushing up hands on the side of the head. I know many guys are doing the Detumescence but my scalp is too tight to really be able to pinch anywhere on the galea at this point. Cheers.

I don't see how this would loosen someones scalp at all. My frontalis and occipital muscles are quite defined and feel strong and I am a NW6. It would seem just the opposite. The more you exercise something the more tension is put. Just like if you bench press too much without doing back workouts you will end up with rolled shoulders. Stretching loosens skin.

dmso mixed with ascorbic acid may dissolve calcium better than dmso alone

scleroderma = calcium deposits in fingers

looks an awful lot like a calcified scalp

the calcification theory simply won't die, lol

more thoughts :

if you had arthritis in your legs, would you break it down by pinching your leg for a year ??

probably not. it may give some light relief though.

probably you would take substances that break down what is causing it. vitamin k2 probably is not strong enough.
