Washing your hair

Caustic-Do you think washing your hair twice a day is overkill?

youngbalder - An argument against washing hair too much is stripping natural oils from the hair, but that could be a good thing too. I believe what you're using to shampoo your hair with is what would make the difference.

Caustic- I use in rotation aubrey men stock ginseng biotin and aubrey protein conditioner.

youngbalder - Those products are the extreme few that are 100% natural, should be pretty safe.

My experience with more traditional, SLS shampoos was that going 2-3 days between washes was a good thing. Those products were way too harsh on my hair and scalp. However, since switching to all natural shampoos and conditioners, I wash my hair once a day and have had positive results from it. However, I have found it important to mix up and rotate shampoos and conditioners so that my hair and scalp don't get too used to any one thing.
